Malaysia PropTech Association (MPA) protects personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024.

To process membership and renewals, manage profiles, deliver events and member services, send relevant communications, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by contacting MPA's Data Protection Officer.
Disclosure and transfers
MPA does not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared only with necessary service providers, authorities where required, or event partners with appropriate consent and safeguards.
